Okay, so I’m currently listening to The Maccabees for the first time and so far I like their most recent album. (To be extra up-to-date, right now I’m listening to “Slowly One.” Also, they’re a little more mellow than I expected? I dunno.) Anyhoo, so I decided to look at their profile on last.fm and apparently they’re playing the El Rey in October, on a Friday. Perfect timing no? And I saw tickets are still available. But I’m going to listen to more and have a more developed opinion. I just thought that it was interesting and that I’d point it out haha.
